  1. Select the destination country by clicking the flag
  2. Enter the fax number with area code
  3. Enter your email address (for confirmation)
  4. Optionally add a cover page
  5. Upload your document (max 8MB)
You must provide either a cover page or an attached file (or both) to proceed.

Pay and send

Click “Continue to payment”Choose your payment method:
  • Credit card (enter details directly)
  • PayPal (click through to approve)
Your fax will be sent immediately after payment authorization.
Your card won’t be charged immediately. A hold is placed for the amount, and you’re only charged if the fax succeeds.
Alternative sending methods: You can also send faxes from cloud storage via Dropbox or Google Drive, or track faxes in real-time with our browser extension.

What happens next?

After payment, you’ll see a tracking page showing real-time status:
  • Queued: Fax is waiting to be sent
  • Sending: Fax is being transmitted
  • Delivered: Fax sent successfully
  • Failed: Fax could not be delivered (no charge)
When your fax completes (success or failure), you’ll receive an email with:
  • Date and time of transmission
  • Destination fax identifier (CSID)
  • PDF copy of the actual fax sent
  • Final charge status
Don’t worry! If your fax fails:
  • You won’t be charged
  • The payment hold will be released
  • PayPerFax automatically retries 3 times
  • You’ll receive a notification about the failure
